Just in case you should happen to break a ski pole, have a boot issue or anything else that meddles with your day on the hill, we operate a call out service when our office is closed between 12.00hrs and 16.00hrs.
Our Call-out assistance covers the areas of The Méribel Valley & La Tania. Either at the bottom of a road accessible lift, restaurant or at your Chalet, Hotel or Apartment.

When the winter is over, its time to pack everything up, lock the doors on the workshop and take a well-deserved holiday to somewhere hot and sunny…we wish! In fact the slide candy team will be busy packing up and planning for the next year until the end of May and we’ll start setting up for the coming season at the very beginning of Autumn.
